The high pressure grade drain valve piece will close when the equipment acquires vacuum, the air inhaled by high pressure grade will be transferred to second grade, and inhale or exhaust through second grade, so the vacuum equipment can acquire certain vacuum. The technical parameter of the pump is 6X10-2Pa. Equip with vacuum pressure pump according to users' condition, treat this pump as the front pump. The front pump will extract continuously for pressure pump's extraction increasing, so the equipment can get more vacuum.
