Product Description:
　　ALG series single stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump are designed by scientific and technical personnel of our company and domestic water pump experts, which select the domestic excellent hydraulic model, adopt the performance parameter of the centrifugal pump of Model IS. Besides, according to different using temperature and medium, we develop pumps applicable for hot water, high temperature the corrosive environment, oil transporting on the basis of Model ALG. The series of products have the characters of saving power, low noise, reliable performance, etc. They are comply with the latest standard of national mechanical department JB/T53058-93, and are designed and made in accordance with the international ISO2858 standard.

Working Conditions:
　　1、 Suction pressure≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of pump system≤1.6MPa, i.e. pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, and pump static test pressure is 2.5MPa.Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of pump system is to be greater than 1.6MPa, then it should be specified separately when placing an order for our convenience to use cast steel material for wetted parts and joints.
　　2、 Ambient temperature<40℃,relative humidity<95％.
　　3、 The volumetric content of solid particles in the medium to be handled shall not exceed the 0.1％ of unit volume, and the granularity shall be<0.2mm.
　　Remark: To handle medium containing small particles, please specify when placing an order for our convenience to use wear resisting mechanical seal.

　　1、 Vertical structure, inlet and outlet given the same diameter and located on the same centerline, to be mounted in pipeline in the way as a valve, compact and smart appearance, little floor space required, low construction cost, and to be used outdoors if provided with a protective cover.
　　2、 Impeller directly mounted on the extended shaft of motor to feature short axial dimensions and compact structure. Pump and motor bearings reasonably configured to effectively balance the radial and axial load in service, thus to ensure smooth operation with little vibration and low noise.
　　3、 Use of mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination for shaft seal, sealing ring made of imported titanium alloy, medium-sized high temperature resistant mechanical seal, and wear resisting seal made of hard alloy to effectively lengthen the service life of mechanical seal.
　　4、 Easy installation and maintenance, with no need to dismantle the pipeline system. And all the rotor parts may be taken out only by taking off the nuts on pump union base.

　　1、 ALG vertical piping centrifugal pumps are used to handle clean water and other liquids similar to clean water in physical and chemical properties. They are suitable for cold and hot water cyclic pressurization and equipment matching in the fields of industrial and urban water supply and discharge, pressurized water supply in high-rise constructions, garden irrigation, fire control pressurization, long distance transportation, HVAC circulation, bathroom etc. service temperature shall be lower than 80℃.
　　2、 ALR vertical hot water pumps are suitable for pressurized cyclic transportation of high temperature water in the industries of metallurgy, chemical, textile, woodworking, papermaking, boilers in restaurants, bathrooms, hotels etc., as well as for the heating circulation in urban residence. Service temperature shall be lower than 120℃.
　　3、 ALS vertical high temperature centrifugal pumps are suitable for pressurized cyclic transportation of high temperature water in the industries of energy sources, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, boilers in hotels, restaurants etc., as well as for the heating circulation in urban residence. Service temperature shall be lower than 240℃.
　　4、 ALH vertical piping chemical pumps are used to handle corrosive liquids similar to water in viscidity, but not containing solid particles. They are suitable for the industries of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fiber etc. Service temperature shall be -20℃～120℃.
　　5、 ALY vertical piping oil pumps are used to handle the petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil, etc.. The temperature of the medium shall be -20℃～+120℃.
　　6、 ALHY vertical stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pumps are used to inflammable chemical liquids.
　　7、 ALGD, ALRD, ALSD, ALHD, ALYD, and ALHYD vertical low speed centrifugal pumps are used to cater for low noise requirement and air-conditioning circulation etc.
